For Booster (0.5%) and Premium (1%) packages, the percentage fee is only paid if and when your home sells β deducted at closing. It covers the broker support services provided during your transaction: showing coordination, pricing guidance, offer support, and transaction assistance. There is NO listing commission going to 713FlatFeeMLS beyond this. You set your own buyer's agent commission separately in the MLS.
Our No-Hidden-Fee Commitment
The fee you see is the fee you pay. We don't add administrative fees, document fees, sign-up fees, or cancellation charges. If you're on the Standard package, you pay $399 β period. If you're on Booster or Premium and your home doesn't sell, you owe nothing beyond the upfront flat fee.

For Booster (0.5%) and Premium (1%) packages, the closing percentage covers ongoing broker support services β showing coordination, pricing reviews, offer consultation, and transaction support β that are actively used during your listing period. It's only charged if your home sells. Think of it as a success-based service fee, not a traditional commission.

Yes. If you start on Standard and want to add professional photos, a lockbox, or more support, you can upgrade your package at any time during your listing period. Reach out to Ty directly and we'll make the adjustment.
You set your own buyer's agent commission in the MLS. It's completely separate from your listing package fee. Most Houston sellers offer 2-3% to attract buyer's agents. This is paid at closing from your sale proceeds, just as it would be with a traditional agent β except with flat fee MLS, you're not also paying a 3% listing commission on top of it.
