HAR / MLS (Required for Listing)

When you purchase a listing package, your property information (address, listing price, property details, photos) is submitted to the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR) MLS as required to list your home. This information becomes part of the MLS database and is syndicated to real estate portals including Zillow, Realtor.com, and Redfin.

Title Companies and Escrow

When a transaction proceeds to closing, we may share relevant personal and property information with the title company or escrow officer managing the closing as required to complete the transaction.

Vetted Cash Buyers

If you request a cash offer, we share your property information with our network of vetted cash buyers to generate competitive offers. We obtain your consent through the cash offer request form before sharing your information with buyers. Buyers are bound by confidentiality obligations and may not use your information for any purpose other than evaluating and submitting a cash offer.

Service Providers

We share information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating the Platform, including cloud hosting providers, email delivery services, analytics providers (Google Analytics), and payment processors.
